Open Adults Gymnastics

Our Open adults gymnastics class provides the opportunity to work on your personal gymnastics or fitness goals with the supervision of a coach. A 15 minute warm up and stretch will be led by a coach followed by free use of the facility. Our coaching team will lend a hand moving or adjusting any equipment.

Semi-structured Adults Gymnastics

Our semi-structured adult gymnastics class provides an opportunity for beginners to work on basic functional gymnastics movements/skills and enhance flexibility/ mobility. As well as teaching popular tumbling and vaulting skills, we also provide an opportunity to learn how to use each apparatus. These sessions provide a blend of structure, but also the freedom to work on your own personal gymnastics or fitness goals. If you want to try something new, our coaching team are always available to help.

Before you attend our adult gymnastics classes

You can pre-book sessions above
Sessions are 1.5 hours from 20.30 – 22.00 on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings
Mondays are ‘open’ non-structured sessions
Tuesdays and Thursdays are semi-structured sessions
If you are booking for the first time, please just follow the steps – including adding yourself as a ‘child’
There is no Club Membership fee, and sessions costs are displayed above
We will release sessions two months at a time – and all sessions must be pre-booked in order to attend

Fantastic service right from a phone call, to reception and to my first session this Tuesday eve. Consistently brilliant with top notch facilities, fabulous spacious areas catering for all your needs. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which was reassuring to me been a new member at the club. The other class members were of complete mixed abilities which was also great with everyone been supportive and happy to be doing gymnastics and learning along the way. The coaches were very professional with a keen eye to where you need to improve which was great because it meant I was able to show signs of progression in my first session due to their close eye and very good advice as well as patience. wether you want to blend with the others and follow group exercises, go off and work on self goals or push for more advice in specific areas the coaches were happy to help and keep a safe but productive and fun environment. After having a bad experience with my local club due to no communication, willingness to help and general absence of organisation, Leeds gymnastics was a breath of fresh air and has filled me with positivity into starting my venture doing gymnastics.
