We have a large coaching team, and we’re always looking for new motivated and dedicated coaches to come and join us to provide the best gymnastics experience in the country. We have a broad range of recreational and competitive classes on throughout the week, and we appreciate that flexible hours are key as many of our coaches are also university students and/or have other jobs.

DIRECTOR OF GYMNASTICS FOR ALL

We are seeking a Director of Gymnastics for All to provide leadership and strategic direction for our large recreational programme. The programme is expected to deliver the highest quality, fun and exciting experience for our gymnasts.

As one of the leading British Gymnastics Club in the UK, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Senior Management team, working alongside our Director of Performance and Business Director to ensure the club’s aims, vision and goals are met.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Leadership and strategic direction of GfA programmes
Line management and mentoring of the GfA Team
Design, implement and review annual and strategic plans

RENUMERATION
Full time permanent position, hours to be agreed, salary from £40k
