Personal Trainers FOR ADULTS

Here at Leeds Gymnastics Club our coaches are now offering their time and expertise in the form of exclusive training sessions for adults only. Our coaches have a wide variety of qualifications and experience both in gymnastics and other areas such as Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Sport & Exercise Science. Whether you are interested in learning fundamental gymnastics skills, or just improving your fitness in an exclusive setting, we have the right coach for you.

Our exclusive sessions can be booked at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio; you are welcome to train alone or come with a friend. The choice of coach is entirely up to you – read through our Coach Profiles to help you decide who you would like to work with based on your training goals.
